Richard joins Luminbrane with a rich, award-winning background spanning over 18 years specifically in digital design, UI, and UX. His impressive track record includes key leadership roles such as UX & UI Manager, Design Director, Team Lead, and UI/UX Specialist at various respected companies like Derivco, Simplitude, and Clas Ohlson.
Richard’s passion for crafting exceptional user interfaces and experiences is evident. He played a pivotal role in the digital design work for the Court22 app, which earned the prestigious Red Dot Award specifically in the ‘Interface & User Experience Design’ category – a testament to his skill and vision. His experience extends to designing complex eCommerce platforms, building scalable design systems from scratch (demonstrating expertise in tools like Figma), and leading design teams effectively. Richard doesn’t just understand UI/UX; he excels at leading and executing high-quality design work, mentoring others in the field, and bridging the gap between strategic design goals and tangible, user-friendly products.
Meet Shiva Chavoshian: Expert in UX Research & Design Strategy
Equally exciting is the arrival of Shiva Chavoshian, who brings a deep expertise in understanding the ‘why’ behind user behaviour. Her background is rich in User Experience (UX) Design, User Research, and Design Strategy, honed through roles like Senior UX Designer and Researcher. Shiva possesses a keen ability to delve into user needs, conduct insightful research, and translate those findings into effective design strategies and intuitive user journeys.
Her focus on service design, interaction design, and usability ensures that the products we help create are grounded in genuine user needs and provide real value.
