Mastering Product Strategy

Earlier in March I, Marcus Adolfsson, founder of Luminbrane, had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Product Peoples’ Product Leaders Breakfast, held at the inspiring Cisco offices in Stockholm. What an enriching morning it was!

The panel

The event, hosted by the fantastic and colorful Ubi from Product Peoples, brought together a select group of product leaders from across Stockholm. The intimate setting created a unique and valuable atmosphere. Instead of a formal lecture, we enjoyed a dynamic round table discussion, allowing for genuine interaction and shared learning.

The focus? “Mastering Product Strategy.” And what a panel we had!

I was honored to be joined by Juan Gallardo, Product Manager @ Cisco Systems, Hannah Johannesson, Product Director @ Sinch & Ubaid (Ubi) Ali, Host @ Product People.

We delved into the intricacies of crafting effective product strategies, sharing our experiences, challenges, and insights. The open format allowed us to learn from each other, fostering a collaborative spirit that is essential for driving innovation.

It’s truly inspiring to see such a dedicated community of product leaders coming together to elevate our collective knowledge. The ability to exchange ideas and learn from each other’s experiences is invaluable, and I believe it’s this collaborative spirit that will ultimately lead to the creation of better, more impactful products.

A special thank you to Ubaid (Ubi) Ali and Product Peoples for organizing such a valuable event, and to Cisco for graciously hosting us.

Looking ahead

This event has only reinforced my passion for fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the product community.

We at Luminbrane are committed to continuing these conversations and helping companies navigate the complexities of product development.

And for those who missed it, Product Peoples will be returning to Stockholm later on in the year. They will host further breakfasts and events. If you are interested in joining please check the Product Peoples page for more information.

We look forward to connecting with more product leaders in the future and continuing to build a strong, collaborative community.
